Welcome to A.C.T.S Theatre Arts School. We aim to give our students "A Chance To Sparkle"
and the best opportunities to enter the
magical world of theatre. Now open in the Athenaeum Centre, Warminster, Wiltshire to all young people aged from 6 years old to 17 years old. A fantastic venue with a fantastic auditorium at our disposal! PROFESSIONAL
TRAINING We offer three classes each week: Singing, Dance, Drama. Each class is run by a professional in their field and provides quality,
fun tuition usually for 50 minutes in each element each week. The exact length of the classes is left flexible to allow for our 'showcase time'. Groups are not larger than 17 students ensuring
we have groups large enough to rehearse musical theatre but not so large that it compromises the quality of the tuition.
At the end of each session we have 'showcase time'. This can be simply gaining experience in performing the work of the week or it could be a full dress rehearsal for an event, in either case it allows our students to link the three elements together and gives them the full performing arts experience. OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH OUR AGENCY. A.C.T.S Theatre arts school has been approved by spotlight giving our students nationwide opportunities in the entertainments industry.
In addition to this We have strong contacts with many theatres and theatre companies of all sizes in the local area and in the southwest of England. This allows us to get hot off
the press information on almost all the performing arts taking place in local theatres, or indeed on television and radio, when
auditions take place and who they are looking for. This unique link allows us to pass on the best opportunities to our students to put their
skills on the public stage - often before many others. SEE THE RESULTS Parents get the chance to see us in action. End of term "Demonstrations"
and performances in the auditorium allow parents to see the way we work and their children's progress in style! These are always put
on at no extra cost. QUALIFICATIONS Every two years we offer students the chance to take performing arts exams - adding qualifications to your
learning and experience. These are approached in a fun manner with much the same mindset as a normal end of term performance. YOU NEVER
HAVE TO LEAVE !! Our aim, within 2 years, is to open an adult A.C.T.S, meaning our students never have to leave!!!

In addition to this students have opportunities to work on a one to one basis with our vocal coach specialising in Speech Level Singing (SLS) techniques - a unique opportunity to work with one of an exclusive group of teachers trained in this technique - at no extra cost!
